Does Boost contain alcohol?
Not according to the official UK definition. But Boost Sport may have very minor traces of alcohol as it contains ethanol as a carrier for the non water soluble traces.
What is the difference between Boost Sport and Boost Active?
Boost Sport is an isotonic sports drink that gives a boost of carbohydrate to the muscles while quickly replacing fluids which are lost by sweating.
Boost Active is a concentrated source of carbohydrate that helps increase your physical energy levels and combats fatigue.
Can Boost Active help if I am unwell?
We don't recommend Boost Active as a major part of any diet. However it will help aid recovery and give your body the additional energy it needs to help you recuperate.
