What information may BOOST collect about me?

What if I am a user aged under 16?

There are no legal age restrictions on the consumption of our drinks. We do not however recommend that children under 16 drink BOOST Energy nor provide any personal information to BOOST Drinks. We do place tight controls on advertising and access to social media information to under 16’s across all our channels. This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

How long will BOOST keep my personal information?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.
