BOOST DRINKS IS AWARDED SUNDAY TIMES BEST PLACES TO WORK 2023

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023 alongside household names like Pizza Express, FatFace and Octopus Energy. The full list of companies that made it through the strict criteria was released Friday.

The rankings are based on the results of a detailed company-wide employee survey, which probes areas such as leadership and management, levels of commitment and engagement to the firm as well as pay and benefits, personal well-being, CSR and feelings towards colleagues. With 91% employee participation, the survey results highlight Boost’s high levels of engagement.

The survey also found high levels of employee engagement, high confidence in management and great wellbeing practices. 95% of employees are proud to work at Boost.
