Accounts Coordinator

Just like our drinks, our culture is bold, fun, and energises everybody in everyway. We are currently looking for an Accounts Coordinator to join the team.

The Accounts Coordinator (AC) will be responsible for our credit control process, processing & maintenance of our ledger records and providing financial admin support to the team. The AC is a critical role that ensures high quality standards in all that they do.The Accounts Coordinator (AC) is an admin nerd and proud of it! Unlike many roles, the daily/weekly/monthly/annual life for the AC can be pretty predictable and involves numbers, more numbers and you guessed it, more numbers. But the thing is, the AC LOVES numbers. The AC knows that perfection is not always possible but that doesn’t stop them from trying….

Responsible include
• Checking, coding, and processing purchase invoices / sales ledger credits
• Sales & purchase ledger maintenance
• Credit card & expense processing
• Credit control
• Bank reconciliations
• Payment run
• Answer accounts queries and discrepancies
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Other relevant finance tasks or special projects

Skills and experience:
• You will have a proven track record in a similar role
• Proficient in the use Office 365 – Excel in particular
• Sage 200 or similar accountancy software
• Proficient with technology – must have an aptitude towards/ interest in technology
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to communicate with different levels or groups of stakeholders effectively
• Great prioritisation and time management skills
• Good relationship building
• High level of organisation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
