Boost x Fantasy Premier League Terms and Conditions 

This promotion is operated and administered by Boost Drinks Ltd with its registered office at 1270 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8ZB (the “Promoter”). 

  1. To enter you must be over the age of 18, United Kingdom residents only and have a UK bank account. 
  2. Competition closing date: You must have created your FPL team and joined the Boost FPL league by 18:30 on Friday 13th August 2023 GMT. 

How to enter: 

  1. Create a Fantasy Premier League Account and then select your squad in the Squad Selection tab, that can be found here: https://fantasy.premierleague.com/squad-selection. 
  2. Join the Boost Invitational League, using this code: w7mtzt 
  3. Once joined, you will automatically be enrolled with the chance to win monthly prizes and a cash prize available for the user who places 1st in the league. 
  4. Each month, the person who accumulates the most points across all Gameweeks within that month will be awarded the ‘Manager of the Month’ award and will receive a case of Boost drinks.  

 

  1. The ‘Manager of the Month’ will be notified via a social media post on the Boost_Drinks Twitter page and Instagram stories. To claim the case of Boost, the winner must be following @Boost_Drinks on Twitter or Instagram and must DM either of these accounts to claim their prize. In order to verify their account, the winner of each month’s prize must send a screenshot of the Fantasy Football home page, that displays their team’s name, as well as a screenshot of the ‘Pick Team’ page. The winner will have 48 hours to contact the Boost Drinks account to claim their prize. If there is no response within 48 hours, or the contact details are invalid, the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate the Prize without liability to the first winner.  
  2. The person with the most total points at the end of the 2023/24 Premier League Season will receive a £250 cash prize in the form of a bank transfer to their UK bank account, as well as a case of Boost drinks. To claim the cash prize, the winner must be following @Boost_Drinks on Twitter or Instagram and must DM either of these accounts to claim their prize. In order to verify their account, the winner of each month’s prize must send a screenshot of the Fantasy Football home page, that displays their team’s name, as well as a screenshot of the ‘Pick Team’ page. The winner will have 48 hours to contact the Boost Drinks account to claim their prize. If there is no response within 48 hours, or the contact details are invalid, the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate the Prize without liability to the first winner.  

 

  1. In the unlikely event of two or more people finishing on the same number of total points at the end of the season, the cash prize will be split equally between the winners and each person will receive a case of Boost drinks.
  2. If a Prize is declined, or a winner cannot take up a Prize or does not claim the Prize within 48 hours of notification from the Promoter that they have won, the prize will be forfeited, and a replacement winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the specified prize.  
  3. The winners must be 18 years or over. The Administrator reserves the right to request a copy of the winner’s identification to confirm that they are 18 years old or over before a Prize is awarded. If such identification shows that the winner is under 18 years old or if the winner does not provide valid identification to Administrator within 48 hours of the Administrator request for such identification, the Prize will be forfeited, and a replacement winner may be drawn by the Promotor in their sole discretion. These Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Privacy Policy will apply to any alternative/replacement guest selected. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of the winners or their guests to take up the Prize. 
  4. Boost Drinks Ltd has the right to end the competition at any time. 

 

  1. The competition is in no way affiliated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or TikTok or any other social media platforms upon which it may appear. The £250 prize made payable by BACS in the name of the winner only. Any tax incurred as a result of the prize is the responsibility of the winner and not Boost Drinks Ltd. If you breach any of these terms and conditions, Boost Drinks Ltd have the right to disqualify you from the competition or withhold the prize/s. 
  2. Winners agree to be fully responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and/or tax liabilities incurred in claiming and using the Prize. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, injury, failures, or delays resulting from entry into the promotion, a winner’s acceptance and/or use of the Prize, or from circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) acts of God, war, strikes, disputes or the acts or defaults of any supplier of the Prize.
