Promoter: A.G. BARR p.l.c., a company registered in Scotland with company number SC005653, and having its registered office at Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD (the “Promoter”, “us”, “we”, “our”). 

Promotion Periods: There are two separate promotion periods and prize draws:

• Draw 1: Opens at 12:30 on Saturday 4 July 2026 and closes at 14:00 on Saturday 4 July 2026 prior to the Hull KR v Hull FC match commencing at 15:00.
• Draw 2: Opens at 12:30 on Sunday 5 July 2026 and closes at 14:00 on Sunday 5 July 2026 prior to the Leeds Rhinos v Bradford Bulls match commencing at 15:00.

Entries submitted during Draw 1 will only be entered into Draw 1. Entries submitted during Draw 2 will only be entered into Draw 2. 

Any entries submitted outside the applicable promotion period will not be valid and will not be entered into the promotion.

To enter: Instagram entry only. Your account on the Instagram platform needs to be publicly viewable to enter. 

To enter via Instagram, you must: 

i.    follow the Promoter’s @boost_drinks account on Instagram; and
ii.    send a photograph of yourself wearing a BOOST branded bucket hat by direct message to @boost_drinks on Instagram.

BOOST branded bucket hats will be distributed free of charge at Magic WKND while stocks last. No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.

Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who are attending Magic WKND (Rugby League's summer festival taking place at Hill Dickinson Stadium, Regent Road, Liverpool, L3 0BW) and who hold a valid ticket for the relevant match. Instagram account and internet access required to enter. Any entries received before or after the applicable promotion period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. Only one entry per person per day is permitted. Normal exclusions apply.

Prize: There are two (2) prizes available in total, consisting of one (1) prize available in each draw. The prize for each draw is as follows:  

• Draw 1 prize: One winner will receive an upgrade for up to six (6) valid tickets to the ‘     BOOST Best Seats in the House’ for the Hull KR v Hull FC match commencing at 15:00 on 4 July 2026; and
• Draw 2 prize: One winner will receive an upgrade for up to six (6) valid tickets to the ‘BOOST Best Seats in the House’ for the Leeds Rhinos v Bradford Bulls match commencing at 15:00 on 5 July 2026.

The ‘BOOST Best Seats in the House’ are located above the main stage at Hill Dickinson Stadium. All upgraded seats awarded as part of a Prize will be located together. Each Prize includes seating for the winner and their guests together in the designated ‘BOOST Best Seats in the House’ area, together with complimentary BOOST products and BOOST merchandise.

(each a “Prize” and together, the “Prizes”).

The winner must confirm the number of tickets to be upgraded (up to a maximum of six (6)) when claiming their Prize.

Whilst the Promoter will make every effort to honour the advertised Prizes (in whole or in part), the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the Prizes with an alternative of equal or higher value (in whole or in part). The Promoter will not offer cash alternatives to any Prize. The Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prizes do not include any food, beverages or souvenirs (other than any complimentary BOOST products and BOOST merchandise expressly included as part of the Prizes) or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions. Neither the Promoter nor any provider of the Prizes will be responsible for such costs. Any other costs incurred in addition to those expressly included in the Prizes and which are incidental to the fulfilment or enjoyment of the Prizes are the responsibility of the winners.

Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst enjoying any part of the Prizes. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or any guest from participation in the Prizes where that individual fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies or representatives associated with the Prizes, or acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter or the venue, anti-social or otherwise causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.

The Promoter is not responsible for the winners’ or guests’ use of the Prizes or any acts and omissions of the venue, event organiser, or any third party connected with the event. 

The winners are encouraged to review all applicable venue rules and event terms applicable to Magic WKND and raise any issues with the venue or event organiser directly.

Winner selection: Winners will be drawn by us at random upon the closing of the relevant promotion period from all valid entries received on Instagram. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Draw 1 promotion period and one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Draw 2 promotion period. Selection will take place shortly after the relevant draw closes.

Winner notification and claim process: We will contact each winner via direct message (DM) on Instagram shortly after the applicable promotion period closes at 14:00.  

The winners will be required to claim their Prize by attending the BOOST Fanzone and identifying themselves to a designated member of the BOOST promotional team by 14:30 on the same day (being 30 minutes before the relevant match kick-off). 

Given the time-sensitive nature of the Prize, winners will have only a limited period following notification in which to claim their Prize. Entrants should therefore monitor the direct messages on their Instagram account closely following the close of the relevant promotion period.

Winners will be required to provide: 

• their full name;
• email address;
• proof of Instagram account ownership; and
• confirmation of the number of tickets to be upgraded (up to a maximum of six (6)). 

All guests accompanying a winner as part of the Prize must also be aged 18 years or over and hold a valid ticket for the relevant match. No persons under the age of 18 are permitted within the ‘BOOST Best Seats in the House’ area. Winners should note that, where they are attending Magic WKND with a child or other person under the age of 18, they will not be permitted to bring that individual into the ‘BOOST Best Seats in the House’ area and may therefore be unable to claim or participate in the Prize.

Given the nature of the Prize, failure to complete the claim process by 14:30 on the relevant day will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Each winner and any guest may be required to provide proof of age, identity and any other documentation reasonably required by the Promoter to validate their eligibility for the Prize. For the purposes of verifying Instagram account ownership, winners may be required to access their Instagram account in the presence of the BOOST promotional team and demonstrate that they control the Instagram account from which the winning entry was submitted. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out such further verification checks as it reasonably considers necessary. 

If a winner fails to claim their Prize, cannot be contacted, fails to provide the required information, fails any verification checks, is ineligible or otherwise forfeits the Prize, the Promoter may re-draw an alternative winner in the same random manner from the remaining valid entries. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. If, after approaching a reserve winner, the Promoter has failed to allocate the Prize, the Promoter shall not be obliged to approach any additional reserve winner and shall be entitled to withdraw the Prize and/or allocate it as the Promoter sees fit.

Prize delivery: No physical tickets will be issued. Following verification of the winner's details, the winner and their guests will be escorted by a designated member of the BOOST promotional team to the relevant ‘BOOST Best Seats in the House’.

Publishing winner details: The winners’ names and/or social media handles may be used by us to announce the winners. The winners’ surnames and counties will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to:

The winners may request that their surnames and counties are not published or request that the amount of information being published is reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
