Boost Drinks - Return & Refund Policy
At AG Barr, we want you to enjoy every sip of our drinks. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges for our powdered drink ranges.
1. The Basics & Eligibility

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition (Crucial): As our powdered mixes are consumable food products, we can only accept returns for items that are completely unopened, with the factory seal intact.

We cannot accept returns for tubs, sachets, or packs that have been opened, partially used, or if the safety seal has been broken, for health and safety reasons.
2. A Note on Our Delivery (Amazon Logistics)
To ensure your drink mixes arrive as quickly and safely as possible, we partner with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment.

You may receive your order in a box with Amazon branding.

Please do not return items directly to Amazon. Even though the box may say Amazon, this purchase was made directly with AG Barr, and the return must be authorised and processed by our team, not Amazon.co.uk customer service.
3. How to Start a Return
Because our inventory is managed through a specialised logistics network, you must obtain a specific Return Authorisation Slip from us before posting your package.

Contact Us: Email us at consumercare@agbarr.co.uk with your Order # and the reason for the return.

Receive Your Authorisation: We will email you a specific Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) slip and the correct return address.

Pack it Up: Place the item in a box (you can reuse the original box). Crucial: You must place the RMA packing slip inside the box. Without this slip, the warehouse cannot identify your return, and your refund may be delayed or rejected.

Ship: Please arrange shipping via the carrier of your choice (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, UPS).

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to ship items if the powder is leaking or spilling. Couriers may reject these packages due to safety concerns. If your item is leaking, please refer to Section 6 below.
4. Shipping Costs & Reimbursement
Currently, we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Will my shipping cost be refunded?

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong flavour sent) or damage in transit (e.g., tub arrived split/leaking), please email us a photo. We will add the cost of standard shipping to your total refund amount once the return is approved.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., ordered the wrong flavour), the cost of return shipping is non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at the fulfilment centre to ensure the safety seals are intact, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund (including return shipping costs if applicable) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Timing: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
6. Damaged or Leaking Orders
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., the tub is cracked or powder has leaked into the shipping box), please do not return the broken item.

Take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging immediately.

Email the photos to consumercare@agbarr.co.uk.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund immediately without requiring you to post the damaged product back.
