Who are the three finalists?

Three organisations in Great Britain have been shortlisted to the final of the 3rd round of the BOOST Choose Now Change Lives community grant initiative and are in with a chance of receiving a stake of the £20k grant. It is now down to the public to cast your votes and decide which organisation should receive the winning share. All finalists will each receive some support from BOOST.

Re:Minds

Re:Minds exists to give parents of children with mental health needs, autism or ADHD a safe space to be seen, heard and supported.

The grant would allow Re:Minds to run a group that helps and supports parents with their own mental health for a whole year. Re:Minds would also be able to hire professional speakers to come speak with the parents.

The Beginning Group

The aim of The Beginning group is to work in disadvantage neighbourhoods and create several initiatives that fall in line with their values.

The latest initiative from the Beginning Group will see families engage in a 6-week wellbeing course learning about the benefits of personal well being and developing and understanding of better practices of looking your health. This will all result in the families earning an AQA qualification.

Head Held High

Head Held High was set up in 2013 with the aim of seeing all individuals becoming a product of their true selves through the delivery of highly interactive and motivational workshops.

'The Best You' programme, that is run by Head Held High, looks to increase the motivation and employability of young disengaged people. Throughout and beyond the life of the programme, support and mentoring will be offered to the young people to ensure long-term benefits.
